My daughter is engaged to a wonderful Armenian. Love him!!! The problem is his mother!! She is taking over and creating a lot of stress between my daughter and me. She is not listening to me and wants to send her own wedding invitations.....What can I do???? HELP.....

1.   MOG is ordering the invitations and now wants to send them out....or at least her own?!  She wants to send them out 3 months in advance!!!!   She wants to send 2 mailings after we receive declines....

I think the best thing would be for your daughter to have a talk with her in private and discuss the details and the importance of her Big Day.  She should also address the invitation issue to her in great detail and let her know how she wants to invite her guests.

hello! your daughter and her fiance need to speak with the groom's mother alone. Let them express their concerns about the invitation situation. If that doesn't resolve the situation, worst-case scenario is she sends out her side of the invitations too early. It's still not too bad, although your daughter needs to take back control- it's her wedding!
