It depends on the banquet hall, but I think Today the Minimum is 75 $ for each person.

$75-100 each...considering what weddings cost these days. the halls charge $50-$90 per person...so think of it as a very expensive restaurant...with unlimited food and drinks, plus usually live music.

I would say it would normally be approx $75 per person and more if they are relatives, depending on your financial capability as well as your relation to the couple. Although, please do not feel that you have to go into debt or financial distress to go to a wedding. The purpose is to go and celebrate the marriage of a person/couple you know.
