Depending on your situation, start figuring out on where you will reside. This might be a major or a minor issue in your planning. If you and your fiancé already have a place to live, or if you are planning on moving in with in-laws, then you do not need to spend much time figuring out the details. If you and your fiancé need to find your own place, then get started! As we have seen, housing prices have fluctuated in the past and you could never be prepared.
Start discussing the details with your fiancé if you want to rent or
buy. Once you have done some financial analysis, you will need to start looking for places, regardless if it will be a rental or a buy. Give yourself enough time to buy and still have time for
remodeling if necessary.
Once you have your place, take your time to decorate it the way you and your husband prefer. Don't try to rush and have everything in place right away. Focus on the wedding!
